Rejected claim

Good day

I need your help please my name is Leonie Johnson i was working for an agency for three years and was contributing towards the uif since i was first appointment, i submitted my uif claim on the 26th of last month . Because the company was delaying with my paper work and this morning i received an sms today saying that my claim has been rejected . Im a single mother of three children and i currently have no income i was depending on that money until i find another job, I've been job seeking but i still havent anything yet. I'm pleading with you please help me I've been unemployment for two month and i have been struggling to pay my rent and if i dont receive that money ill be homeless with my children . I dont know what else to do please help me

Unpaid uif maternity benefits

On the 13th of august i have submitted all my documents for my maternity benefits i was advised to come back in four to 5 weeks time .i have gone back on the 20th of september only to find out mu claim was rejectef due to staff in department of labour stamping my cerftifid copy of id .stamp apparent wont suppose to be there i was them asked to go bring another certified copy of id which i did.lady that helped said my forms wil only be updated after long weekend because person thats doing is on leave .before the 13th of august ive been to dept of labour 3 other times they made me go up n down keep sayn its taking 2 weeks for my surname to chamge on the system ive been waiting forever im getting frustrated its two months now and surname hasnt been updated therefore my claim is being rejected.this is at dept of labour in durban phoenix

Employee trying to claim Maternity UIF

Good day I have a employee that needs to apply for her Maternity UIF at the Boksburg offices of the Department of Labour. Our phone lines and internet was off for more than a week. She left on the 21/09/2018 I gave her all the forms but know where it said she needed a UI-19 form. On Tuesday 25/09/2018 she went to the Boksburg office to apply and they refused to help her because she did not have a UI-19 form. She came back to the work office I typed the Department of Labour Boksburg a letter to ask her to please assist her with the UI-19 form they refused and told her they cant give her one the do not have and if they go on the internet to print her one they could be arrested. This is so stupid really. So I was able to print her one Wednesday evening and filled it in she came to fetch it Thursday 27/09/2018 when she got to the Boksburg Department of Labour they could again not assist her because they where attending a Memorial this is crazyness.

I do really not know what to say anymore this is a shock because she must go up and down and they want to tell her they will get arrested if they give a copy of a UI-19 for real what do they think that everybody is un educated they make me sick.

UIF Maternity Claim

Hi,

I am still struggling to get my Maternity UIF payments since 2015.

I received an SMS that time that they received the doc's. I then followed up and an sms was sent saying that the doc's are incomplete. The doc's was submitted again and then I received an sms saying that it is in "APPEAL", since then, I have tried phoning (which is a mission as no one can really assist you - sent from pillar to post) and then they could not trace me on the system? How is it possible to receive sms's saying the claim is submitted and then "appealed" but cannot find me on the system?

We really need someone to assist us with the claims as it is money that is due to us.

I have ever since sent complaints where I have received a response and after that, nothing whatsovever. Why must we lose OUR money that we work so hard for?

Not even sure this root that we took, will help us solving the issue. The site is there but is it even looked at?

not getting helped

register for uif in june in july was told at office they need ui2.11 did give it again to them they told me to phone after a week still same answer need the ui2.11 gave it again after that visiting the office about 6 times still need the same form dont know what to do next does not get any help can some one assist who must i see or contact did contact help line on uif page same answer need the form it is almost 3 months now of battle over same problem

Uif payment

My husband got a date to return his UIF payment but when he returned the he was told to come back after two weeks, because he use a passport but he have a permit n they didn't give him a date of when.

So m worried will he ever get his?

UIF Pension Claim outstanding for 6 months

UIF Connect have been dragging us around by the nose since February 2018 when we registered through them for my husband's retirement UIF.

We have provided all documentation, a payout received once and never again.

Then we were asked to get a letter from his employer of 23 years to prove that he did work with them! This was provided all in one day.

To-date we are told each week that first the information had not been uploaded, now it has been uploaded but still awaiting approval for payment.

We actually do not know what to do anymore. Is there a UIF Ombudsman?

Compensation claim for injury on duty not paid since 2013

Mr Daniel John Links, Claim no - H30076433 was injured on duty on 18 February 2013.

Because of his injury he is not able to work again and all documentation were completed by the doctor as requested, as well as other documentation that were needed.

Claim was send to Department of Labour in 2013 and was registered with above mentioned claim number.

From then tons of e-mails and faxes as well as telephone calls were made in this regard with no success.

Please assist in this regard as this case is very long outstanding and no feedback are given by Department of Labour.

Maternity benefits

Hi

I submitted my maternity claim in 2016 going there with a 2weeks old baby 4 times as one of the days am being turned back because of a document and on other days the system is not working, I phoned sometime in July 2018 to find out about my claim and was told it has expired, so I want to know if I didn't get the money where did it go, cause the consultant doesn't count those years that I didn't receive the money.

Maternitty Claim Unpaid

I am utterly disgusted at the service of this department, I have submitted and STILL submitting ALL documents since March 2018.
I have called in repeatedly asking how far my claim is and without fail "documents are missing". I called in again on the 2 August 2018 and I was told "all documents have been received, your claim will be processed", I called today (20 August 2018) and this RUDE woman tells me documents are missing. WHAT is going on in that office and department? I am FURIOUS! If I had to solely rely on that payment to survive, my baby and I would be dead because of starvation. Not only that, not having money during my maternity leave because my claim is taking so long, creditors are now demanding money from me. Just calling in alone is so frustrating because I have to speak to staff that either 1 - don't know what the hell they are doing or 2 - are terribly rude and have a bad attitude. I don't even want to voice my opinion on the staff you have to face when actually going into a department of labor! I think that the UIF service is PATHETIC and as for the employees...just as PATHETIC and no form of skilled workmanship.

UIF PAYMENT-4 MONTHS NOW-STILL NOT PAID OUT!

Worst service ever!

I do not believe that something like this is possible.
Nine times up and down!
Still not sorted out!
Why do they employ people that have no clue of what they are doing?
The worst service ever!
Please upskill your people in the necessary departments.
It is really stresful and annoying to claim UIF.
I believe from my own experience and word of mouth that Polokwane is the WORST branch ever!!!!!!!!!!!

UIF full claim not received

Kindly assist I've explaining my situation over and over and keeps on getting the same answer which does not make sense.I have submitted my documents over and over to the webmaster e-mail and also 2months ago to your Athlone office,but nothing gets done.I was only paid unemployment fund for the last year worked for African Bank,then was requested to get salary schedule and UI19 from 2014 which I did and submitted it over and over like I mentioned.
I was only paid unemployment funds on African Bank's new registration number 2353598/4 when the bank became the new bank 04/04/2016 which was a year before I was retrenched.
I did not receive my unemployment funds for the other 3 years to complete the 4years I'm suppose to receive,which was when African Bank was still on the old registration number 0133116/3 from 2014 to cover my 4 years that I'm suppose to still
receive.

Good day, I hope you can help me with my complaint against krugersdorp department of labour. On the 16 last month I went to sign and I was supposed to get my money on the 29 but up until now I haven’t received and when I called on Tuesday they told me it’s pending. When I called today they told me I must come and sign again, how can I, I don’t even have a dime on me I depend on that money and I have to buy my child stuff. Unpaid uif maternity benefit

I dd submitted my uif doc on 6th of june after I already give birth . Since now I being going to check my request the supervisor said its pending last issue where I was on maternity leave for 2004-2009 so stil to deal with that . I went there he said issue is by their provincial office he is waiting for feedback . I phone stil same issue he kept saying I must check him next month so I m helpless the baby is starting 3-months no progress I m about to go back to work I dont have any penny to pay the debt nd buy baby needs I keep lending money to people . Can I get some help please, respond

delaying uif claim payments claimed at Rustenburg Nw

I have been a contributing member of the uif for the past seventeen years and unfortunately I got retrenched on march of 2018, I then submitted all the documents needed at the Rustenburg labor department to can access my payment, but till today I haven't received a penny from the labor department. I believe the government deduct that money from us so that we don't get stranded incase one loose his job due to unforeseen circumstances, so if we have to wait six months whilst someone who is getting paid every month keeps telling you to be patient and not doing his job.pls assist look into my claim and help me coz its really hard to make ends meet without an income, my cell no is 0718840996 my I'd no 8211195438085. Lack of customer care

I want to claim retirement benefits which I am entitled to.

I have registered months ago but when I wanted to login, my details were not recognised. Nor could I reregister, because I was already registered.

Then I contacted Customer Care to help met and they asked me to send them my login name and other details. That happened on 5 June 2018. And that was the last I heard from them.

Please help me to get this thing finalised.

UIF Paymen

trust you are well,

Please kindly assist with the urgent query, I have a brother who passed on in 2006 and my Mother has been going to the Department of Labour to request assistance with Payments that are related to Provident fund, Pension Fund and UIF that her son has been paying for years.

The who 10 years of her life going up and down looking for assistance and nobody can assist her on how to claim. She was than told that she is not entitled to anything that her son paid for all this Years.

Than I called Dolly who than took a picture of the website that shows that only the Spouse and child can claim for UIF only but the others the mother can get payment for them.

Am deeply frustrated about the information given and the up and downs that an 60 year old had to go through her life.
Can I get direct details of the person I can contact as I have questions related to all of this as Tshegofatso, Dolly and the rest of the people don't have direct answers but giving me a run around.

No 2nd pay out from UIF

I've received a normal 1st pay out after my claim but no 2nd pay out.
I really depended on that money and urgently had to make a plan.
What is wrong and where will that money go because obviously I've missed the bus now.

CLIENT OUTSTANDING INTEREST

I have sent a request in April, June and again in July requesting that UIF offices calculate the interest that is outstanding on the client. the client was in arrears from 2014 - 2016 which was paid at the bank and proof sent through on this so-called email address: [email protected] - what a joke - you get a ticket back with no subject line, so I wouldn't know whether they are busy with that specific query!!! I have sent numerous, various queries through.
I phone today to sort this out and besides the fact that the consultant initially isn't interested in helping you, you get a security question which does not coincide with their system - a simple question like a telephone no - for pete's sake the important information was given, ie, uif no, physical/postal address, co reg no. and yes, I get it, its for security, but please start using your discretion and start prioritising when it is an urgent matter when it comes to the client's needs, which is your bread and butter at the end of the month.

so here we are back to square one - the client is leaving SA at end July because they are from Japanese origin and the only employee who is being retrenched at end July, will not be benefiting from UIF (which has been paid up) just because of incompetent staff that is unhelpful in calculating what the outstanding interest is for this period so that it can be PAID!!!!!!!!!!
Seems, UIF that you are not interested in revenue at this time.
Highly disappointing experience throughout my bookkeeping career. Maybe you can take some client services tips from SARS these days!!!

Maternity uif claim

I submitted my maternity uif claim on 21 may 2018 at Mpumalanga Volkrust department of labour and they gave me a paper as a proof that I did submit my forms,they said I must come to check the feedback on 21 June 2018 when I go back the they said my claim is not yet in the system,i keep on checking but my claim was never on the system and now is 22 July 2018 still no claim in the system.it doesn't make sense at all.can someone please explain to me how long does it take to load a person information on the system.
