To whom it may concerned,
I have stayed in Malaysia for last 25 years who has completed every single steps of PR application process.
I was informed that my PR application file has gone missing at Putrajaya and neef to apply all over again.
As a foreign spouse(Korean) to Malaysian husband, we have invested time and efforts for such a long time.
It's not appropriate and unacceptable to hear that my PR application hss gone missing by mishandling.
Please kindly find the way to serve in justice.
After 25 years, Malaysia is more than my 2nd home now.
I have been serving ministerial collaboration between Korea & Malaysia and have being involved many social works to help less fortunate local communities.
