sour milk use for cappuccino

I bought brekkie and cappuccino at KFC Gugulethu Square (Cape Town) on Sunday at 9:10 am, the cappuccino was not smooth, the frost looked old and expired as if they used sour milk, i confirmed it buy tasting it if i knew how poison tastes like i would say it tasted like poison, the taste was so sour i almost vomited. i was so angry because now i had to go back to them, haven't touched the brekkies at that moment i just wanted my money back because i don't trust them, i didn't trust KFC. Met with the manager who thought i was i being difficult, she didn't say that out loud of cause but she just offered to change it and said its unusual for them to have expired milk so she doesn't know what happened. i refused to accept anything i just asked for my money but because i used my debit card to pay she said i won't get a refund, not at that moment i must first bring my bank statement wow.......clearly!!. to cut it short the service was bad, i didn't get a refund but they have their expired cappuccino and brekkie.

Wrong order

Today at 17:50 i went to KFC to order myself and my wife a meal. When i got home i realised it was the complete wrong order ,due to intest stress at work it's convenient using a drive thru for a quick meal , as we have a newborn baby and just adjusting to the new schedule makes this a convient stop. When i got home in my drive way i realised the package was heavy i opened it and realised i got a completely different order. Which was a 21 piece. The fact that i love KFC and all i don't see the need to drive back to correct somebody else mistake.bad service won't use this drive thru soon

Bad Service and Food

I just ordered 3 individual pieces of chicken, thigh pieces only a coleslaw and a mini loaf, as a takeaway at the Secunda Horwood street branch, without checking the order I drove off. When I arrived back at my office, I discovered
1. The order was incorrect, I received a streetwise 3, no thighs in sight.
2. The chicken had a bad smell and taste
3. The chips that were never ordered was cold and stale.
4. The mini loaf I am still waiting for.
5. The coleslaw has a 26/03/2017 sell by date on it, expired by 1 day
6. The phone was never answered to lay a complaint, and so was the complaints line

pissed off, I will never buy from KFC Secunda again, the food landed in the bin, the problem is all KFC's are manager operated and they just don't care, its just a job!!!!!!, whenever one complains it ends up with the manager and the owners never hear about the complaints.

Food was not of KFC standard

I purchased a family feast 8 piece on 22 Januray 2017 and we had this for supper and the following day i suffered from runny tummy the entire day and my wife has the same problem and she also has been vomitting. I am very dissapointed about this matter and would really like some feedback regarding to the poor quality of the food we purchased. We are higly irate.

add on to previous complaint

I would further like to add that upon inspection. Of our meals they were not even edible. The chps were stale and dry and as for the chicken it was half raw. I wpuld not even offer it to my dog.
I would not like to ever visit this KFC in future. This is my new years resolution

unsatisfactory service

To whom it may concern
I visit3d the KFC at rd naidu road which is fairly new. I was there at approx 6:10 pm. The drive thru was not very busy. Ordered and was told part of my order would take ten minutes. Waited more than half n hour but as I waited outside people that ordered after me were served. When the one staff member passed I asked if I was mines and was ignored. Then I went inside and asked what was going on and was given a blank face. Then after a few minutes my order was given with no apology. And the food wasn't even packaged properly. A piece of chicken was at the bottom of the bag. I find this extremely appauling and really disrespectful. I am a regular and feel customers should be treated properly.
I'm very astonished at the behaviour because I feel they do not know about customer service and need training.

Kfc waterfront

This morning I bought a streetwise 3 at off waterfront and as I started eating I got a rotten smell in the chicken I then took it back and asked if I could rather change it for a burger as I was put off by the chicken the manager replies you have to pay extra I then flipped and said give my money back she then deducted 10 rand for the chips I ate I call that bad service and terrible food kfc will never see me again and I will continue spreading the word of your rotten chicken and bad service

BAD ATTITUDE AND SERVICE! !!

To whom it may concern

We have always been ordering kfc, be it for delivery or be it in store but after last night's incident of standing at the drive thru at the kfc branch by the Kollonade mall pta for over an hour while the staff took the time to have a conversation instead of helping the customers. Needless to say after more than an hour on a Thursday we went somewhere else for food as this is BEYOND pathetic.

Service was so terrible!

I bought a streetwise 2 from KFC Hillcrest and found worms inside my chicken . I then phoned the customer complaint and told them about my terrible ordeal . This was on the 27 March 2012, up until now ( 9 April 2012 ) I did not recieve any apology letter . I will not eat or buy KFC again . I did inform all my customers, clients, friends and family about this !!! My family has stopped eating KFC as of immediate effect .
Please get your acts together and sort out your poor customer care center ...
