Hi , We have contracted a maid agent by the name of David Fu since May Jun 2023 and up till today we have yet to receive our maid. His contact no is : 016-3973352.
This guy is totally unreliable and despite following up nearly everyday or alternate days, he will not pick up your calls, neither return your calls until you threaten to pass on legal action. Despite us having to wait for nearly more than 6 months for the maid and paid him RM 8000 half of the deposit and make the maid go through 3 medical check ups in Phillipines he continues to not provide ANY UPDATES and one month delay becomes another months delay till now. We have tried to asked for a refund and he is not willing to do anything to return us any of our deposit. Another person we know using the same guy has waited for nearly a year and till today no news of any maid. Please advise us what's the best way to handle this as the poor helper who has been waiting as well without a job in PH is extremely distressed as her passport is being held by this guy's contracted PH agency by the name of LRC Manpower Services.
