In May 2023, we have contracted this maid agency managed by this agent called David Fu. His hp no is 016-3973352.
Up till today end of Nov 23 we have yet to receive our maid i.e 7 months.
We have made payment of RM 8000 half the deposit to him and despite us following up with him, he has choosen not to pick up our calls and every time when we manage to get hold of him to ask for updates.. he will say tomorrow will give you an answer but never did.
We found out through this whole ordeal that he has done the same to another person who has waited for 1 year and the maid is still not here. Also the maid that we wanted to bring down from PH is under extreme stress as she has been asked to do her medical 3 times and her passport is being held by them for up to this long and she has no job.
Please do not ever use this guy and do advise on what we can do.
