May I know why it is still stuck at the singapore office and not delivered?

POS 14 JUN 2020. 20 JUN 2020 TILL NOW STUCK KAT PosLaju Parcel Hub. LANGSUNG TAK UPDATE STATUS!! MANA WEH BEG AKU. TAK SAMPAI2. DAH NAK 3 MINGGU. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICES BERKALI2 TAK BOLEH. DAH BUAT COMPLAINT TAK JADI APA.

I refer to our parcel collected by Post laju from us on 18th June 2020. Docket number: EN 32 766 158 9MY.
As at 29 June after the lapse of 11 days, the parcel have not reached the receiver yet!

We track online on 23 June (after 5 days after posting) it is stated as " Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office". Updated on 19 June. After that when we track again on 29 June, the status remained the same as shown on 19 June. Status was not updated since 19 June!!!

We called Post Laju in Kuching and they told us they have not received the parcel yet. We tried calling PJ Post Laju but there was no reply! We posted in your E-Complaint also no reply!!

Can the management please do something about this inefficiencies.
You have taken our money and now our parcel is not delivered. This is super irresponsible for such a big organisation.
Appreciate for an URGENT REPLY on the status of our consignment!
