Both my item stuck at parcel hub more than two weeks now. It took much longer than the parcel i ordered during pkp. Hope you can upgrade your service because my business depends on these items.

I've bought my parcel few weeks ago and dosent come to 1 week my parcel already arrive. but then I don't get it, why my parcel are still "dispatched out", its more than a week already. If there's a delay going on please inform us, don't just keep quite there, some more it's a very valuable thing, what if something happen to it, are you guys willing to pay it back? Give us a notification at least

I have not receive my item with tracking number ERB941015548MY and FYI the status for my items never being updated since 16th May 2020 which had been one month already. According to the status , my item being processed at Poslaju Puchong . Until now , there is not update on my parcel where-being . Previously , I had lodge the same complaint but no action taken as well as an update in which it is such a disappointment for me as a loyal customer for Pos Malaysia , particulary for Poslaju courier. I'm afraid that the parcel is missing , overlooked etc. Btw , that's a birthday present tho 😭

Hi, I’ve been posted out my parcel ever since May 30th. It is supposed to be delivered to UK but until now it still stuck in klia hub. Last year it only took 10 days to arrived in UK. I’m aware of the current situation that may slow down the process but the management should do something to solved this problem. Until now the parcel still hasn’t got into airline. It’s already 14 days and still in Malaysia.

I seriously want to advise the management and/or staff of Poslaju to resign and just look for another job that suits your laziness as you people are not fit to do this job.
