m i abubakar i applied for the inlternt landline connection on 7th of may now days is 29 ut still i didnt get the landline connection only stc employees are makomg drama they just playing with the customers juat they are alwaya giving date they will fix on that date blaah blah like that only my request num is 1-731724166007 and my telephone num is (125324306) just employees only doing time pass nobody is responsible in stc

I just have changed my Flat within same street and now want to transfer my internet Modem to new building . I called 900 but i am unable to register my request neither i can get ticket number. It saws please call from number which is under same name as of internet account. Both Internet line and mobile phone i am calling from are under my name. I have opened tickets previously from same number .Received billing notification on same number. I really cannot understand whats happening here.

My landline number is 0138287645 and i need to transfer this line to a new building . Can someone open a ticket for me or please advise how to get a ticket for my case.
