Dear Sir,

I am taking new connection from STC unlimited internet, i got message from STC that your team will come for installation on 14-09-2017 but no one come and contacted me from that day and i went 16-09-2017 to STC office in Jubail but they informed me to call on 900, I am trying to call 900 from STC landline and when am entering the new number which is registered for me it is saying wrong number.
so since 14-09-2017 am waiting at my home for installation but no one responded till

Dear STC,
I wish to voice my concern again regarding my request for cancellation of internet.I am completely dissatisfied by your services and dont want to use any more and the same I had been requesting you since last for months but it is falling in crack. Everymonth I am paying the Bill though services are not being used by me.
I had visited numerous time your office in Diriyah and advised to call on 900 but whenever I request through 900 it asks to call from same landline no but I have only internet modem no landline phone so how can I make the call therefore request you to advice another alternative or any STC office in Riyadh where cancellation request could be processed directly.
Your process to cancel internet is so baeurocratic and time eating so it takes ages for a simple request processing. I would like to request you again kjndly intervene in this matter and immediately stop my services ( service no #114553522).
Any help is greatly appreciated.
P.S: STC Employees are very rude towards customer and dont know their work.
