My internet connection needs activation. Waiting for 6 days for activation. My number is 0138968192. Please help. My complain-tickets (using online "contact us") are marked "closed" without problem being solved.

my internet speed is 10 mbps but not give 10 mbs . only 1 mb or 2 mb . and 1 minut working 2 minut not working. so many time complaint to 900 custumer help line number. but not coming here any people ..

I buy a 4G quick net writing outside the envelope 4G sim but when i look at the STC quicknet gateway only 3G also in my cellphone Z3+ dual it appears in my sim is 3G. Then i ask the store to change my sim to 4G they ignore me and telling me muk mafi.

Dear Sir,

I want to cancel my STC landline internet connection. I have submitted the cancellation request in the STC office and they suggested me to call 900 and ask the service department to cancel this connection. Today I tried several times to connect service department, but I unable to connect with them and no one transfers the call to the concern department. I make call to stc for line transfer 18/02/2016 along with DSL now there is no any massage in my mobile science i am watting for any massege but not yet , but after two i suppose to call from my office to my home landline telephone it is receiving another person it has transfer to another person , so now again i am trying to call STC 900 it is asking that to call from regester landline only But how my land line is dead no tone is there .

Since yesterday my internet is not working and message which was reflecting is that line is not active.
I had raised the complain with having a complain no as 7428987 but all is in vain.
If this is the service provided by STC then we have to choose some other options.

i AM USING SAWA SERVICES UNDER # 0500747239, RECENTLY I HAVE AVAILED AN OFFER ANNOUNCED BY STC AGAINST RECHARGING WITH SAR. 20/= AFTER THAT DAILY I HAVE BEEN CHARGING BY STC A CHARGES OF 0.40 (VAS CHARGES) IF STC'S POLICY TO DRAG THEIR CUSTOMERS AGAINST OFFERS BY THIS WAY, THEN WHY WE SHOULD BE FOULED WITH SUCH SERVICES.

THEREFORE, PLEASE LOOK IN TO THIS AND STOP CHARGING 0.40 ON A DAILY BASIS IMMEDIATELY, WHICH JUST FOR NOTHING. SUCH TYPE OF SERVICE BY STC IS EFFECTING TO THE REPUTATION IN THE MARKET, WHICH IS TOTALLY KIND OF MISUSING THE OFFERS.

HOPE THE MANAGEMENT WILL LOOK IN THIS WITH PRIORITY.
