BAD SERVICE

My car was repo, the owner was so rude at all times.. charging me money to get my car out!.. when I told her that I wasn't paying her anything because I didn't have any contract with them, she hang up on me, saying that I could call back when I stop yelling at her.. which I wasn't. I called a few times after that and she decided not to answer. I called the dealer and they told me that they already got paid by them and not to pay them a dime. I wrote the dealer letting them know how bad this ppl treat their customers and to avoid using this company.. My car didn't had any gas.. all my personal belongings were in a small shopping bag, they meet me at the gate.. so unprofessional it was unbelievable.
To be competitive in business empathy is essential! especially in this type of business. Stay away from this business!!!!!

rude service

To Whom it may concern,

I am writing this letter today to address a serious issue with a company I had the misfortune of having to deal with recently.
My mother recently had her vehicle repossed and although I am placing no blame on Honda financial
(she is getting forgetful) I do have to address the horrid repo company that was contracted to take her vehicle. These people came late at night and took her car from her driveway and the next morning I got a call from her frantic thinking it was stolen. I contacted the sheriff's office and was advised it had been repossed. I had no clue it was even behind. Well she and I decided it was better to let Honda financial keep the car as I do not want her driving anymore but we had to go to this repo company's office in Punta Gorda to retrieve her belongings.
I was appalled at the conditions this Sunwest Recovery company has at their so called office.
They are in a dirt lot in a mobile trailer that still has wheels! It was raining the day we had to pick up my mothers things and I was advised by that rude woman inside that my mother would have to sign the papers because it was her car, but, they had only stairs and no way can she manage them. My mother had to sit in the car and I had to track back and forth through the rain and mud to have her sign and have her license copied. We were there trying to sort it out for so long that she needed to use the facilities however all they could provide was a nasty port o john off to the side of the trailer in the mud. After all was said and done I saw them take the bag of my mothers belongings out of her car where apparently they had been stored, the car was not even locked! Some of the vehicles in their yard even had their windows down, thank god my mothers were not or I'm afraid her belongings would have been ruined.
I can not imagine someone running a buisness this way and I hope I never have to deal with people like these again. I feel you should know what kind of people you employ as I believe the kind of companies you contract reflect poorly on your buisness. I do not blame Honda financial for the actions of this reposession company however I will be advising my friends and co-workers to think twice before getting a loan with any company associated with Sunwest Recovery.
I wish to thank you for your time,
Mrs. Diana D.

rude service

Mr. Michael V:
1. She clearly stated that SHE was the one forced to traipse back and forth to bring the papers to her mother.
2. A business is a business. No-one cares about your operating expenses. If you choose to be a scumbag repo-guy, you can at least be professional about it. Have a professionally managed office. There is no need for it to look like a crap hole. Providing facilities and making your customers comfortable is just common courtesy. Because, like it or not, these "debtors" are paying your salary.
3. Why should you care about rolling up the windows? Because the rain will damage the car doofus. How long do you think you will stay in business if the company who hired you finds that you showed no concern for the property they entrusted you with?

You sound like the typical white-trash caveman who feeds off of the misfortune of others. Enjoy karma dude, it's going to be a bumpy ride for you.
