I had the unfortunate and antagonising experience today 1 Dec 2017 at Caring Komtar next to City Square. A disgusting arrogant chap who claimed is Andy Ler. He acted like the BIG BOSS! I noted that every $80 has a $5 voucher. I purchased 3 bottles of $29.90 amounting to $89.70 and hence would be getting a $5 voucher. I had originally wanted to deduct the new $5 voucher from this purchase but was told that voucher given for purchase today can only be used at the next purchase. I told the cashier I want to make up to more than $80 so as to get the $5 voucher. Since the new $5 voucher given for the day could not be used, I used my old $5 received during my last purchase in Nov and hence paid a total of $84.70. The cashier asked me to proceed inside the store to get the voucher for the purchase. Inside the store, this Andy Ler guy then told me that since I used my voucher I cannot be given the $5 voucher. HE INSISTED THAT HE HAD ALREADY TOLD ME WHEN I HAD THOUGHT WHAT HE MEANT WAS ABOUT THE NEW $5 VOUCHER. So I said okay then we undo the purchase and I pay in FULL without using the voucher. HE INSISTED THAT I AM NOT ALLOWED TO PURCHASE AGAIN. WHAT SICKENING AND ARROGANT CHAP. He is not helpful and acted so arrogantly and bossy. In fact if that was the case, the cashier should have advised me not to use the voucher. I requested for his card but he claimed that all his card has been distributed out and none available. I asked for the email ID of HQ but he only gave me his email id! Who is he – the BIG BOSS OF ‘CARING PHARMACY’?

PLEASE CHANGE AND HAVE A MORE SUITABLE NAME FOR THIS STORE AT KOMPTAR JB:
IT SHOULD BE RENAMED “UNCARING pharmacy” store in JB!!!!
