Product Not Working hence Refund payment made

Hi Complain Team,

I had purchased online 1 x Dr.Fone - iOS WhatsApp Transfer, Backup & Restore, on 23-Jan-2017, for USD 29.95 Order - 56684711 .
On using this product severally found that this product is not working. Had send couple of emails with the screen shot to the problem to the Support team and there is no response. Find attached the screen shot of the complain.

As this product is not working, kindly refund USD 29.95. This product is cheating.
