I am Kaviarasu (97917-02804) . I am suffering from coverage problem. Having full sigal but can't receive calls and message even in my home network.. I called "THRICE" to CC but No response still now. Even i can't able to connect customer service number (198). yesterday i got a msg " Airtel 49 Booster pack going to expire in 3 days" But i recharged Rs.49 by 05-04-12. Not even a single month over my booster got over.. same thing happened last month also.. Even voice clarity is very worse for on-net calling and Off-Net calling.. Last week CC called me and gave an tariff offer but till now it is not activated. I am using this network for past 4 year.. i didn't find any issues.. but now there is lots of prob.. Worst network..
