I was very pleased,honored and privileged to hire this vehicle last year with my ex-wife Mrs Elisabeth Seddon. I have used National/Enterprise all around the world for many years an ALWAYS been VERY happy until my recent experiences in Michigan USA.......at best their service, operation, professionalism and overall demeanor is DISGRACEFUL. your company/ies are now firmly embeded deep in my list of COMPANIES TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....I have NEVER in my entire life (63 years) been treated with such dis-courtesy and consistently lied to by such a direputal organisation...........SHOCKING !!!
