I puechased a set of three suitcases "Georges Rech" from Groupon Global Goods and after the first trip it was not possible to unlock the suitcase. I tried to complain to Groupon and they want me to send in all three suitcases. Is it not possible the get a new lock? I can replace the lock and that sounds much easier.

Almost 3 weeks ago I purchased a luggage set from the brand "Georges Rech" and paid £133 for 3 luggage (mini, midi, large) . A week later I took mini and large to my holiday and when I arrived in Mauritius both luggage was broken and you could see the clothes dangling through the luggage. The quality of the luggage was extremely disappointing despite paying a premium price.
I contacted customer support 5 times and sent the pictures and the only answer I received was that they can't refund as the damage is caused by wear&tear. This excuse would make sense if the luggage broke after the 10th use but not after the first. Also the mini luggage was with me at all times and the handle broke just after couple of hours.
Not all the brands Secret Sales represent are of good quality. I am extremely disappointed and will do everything in my power to get my money back!
