The emails sent via my domain name francisbeckett are no longer reaching me. My website has been taken down. And I have been unable to even to contact 123 Reg to get anything done about it.
123 Reg has written to me saying my card details need updating and I have tried several times to open my account to check, and if necessary to update. My password was not accepted, so I created another one. This is not accepted either. So I cannot check my account or change it, or even contact 123Reg.
I am currently in South Africa and need to keep up with my emails, most of which are sent to
[email protected]. I have spent most of the evening trying to get in touch with the company.
Without a password I cannot contact the company, and passwords are routinely rejected even though they are correct. The live chat and email functions are not working.
This is very serious for me. My customers all use this email address.
