SOFA HAS SUNK IN LESS THAN 5 YRS

I CALLED ROZEL SHAH ALAM ON 15.2.21 TO COMPLAINT THAT THE SOFA HAS SUNK IN LESS THAT 5 YEARS DUE
TO THE COTTON HAS SHIFT. THEY SAID THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OPENED ONLY ON 13.2.21 IN CHINESE
NEW YEAR. THE ROZELSTAFF ASK ME TAKE SOFA PHOT AND WHATSAPP TO HER, THEN SHE WILL FORWARD MY
SOFA PROBLEM TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. LATER THEY WILL SEE IF THERE IS AN UNDER WARRANTY OR IF I HAVE TO PAY WILL LET ME KNOW.

I WAIT UNTIL 11.3.21, ROZEL DID NOT CALLED ME, I HAD TRY TO WHATSAPP AGAIN BUT WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED
EVEN THOUGH REACH TO 23.3.21 ALSO NO ONE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLED ME.

SO I WILL NEVER NEVER BUY ROZEL AGAIN. I ASLO DISCOURAGE MY FRIENDS & RELATIVES FROM BUYING IT
BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS SUPER SUPER POOR & THE QUALITY IS BAD. THANK YOU.

THE COTTON HAS SHIFTED. THEY ROZEL STAFF SAID THAT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OPENED ONLY ON 13.2.21 IN CHINESE NEW YEAR. SHE REQUEST ME TAKE SOFA PHOTO AND WHATSAPP TO HER THEN SHE WILL

COTTON HAS SHIFTED

Sofa has sunk in less than 5 years because the cotton has shifted. They ask take photo and whatapp to customer service see if there is under warranty or have to pay to let me know. But very disappointed even waited more than 1 month 7 days no one from customer service called me so I will never buy Rozel sofa again. I also discourage my friends and relatives from buyjng it because the sercive so poor and quality is bad. Tq.
