I have read a lot about being Ripped Off. I use this company every year normally twice.
Like any business they are in it for the money.
It is a simple process. Get a quote from them and then do some research on your own.
I found out a hotel was cheaper than the one they offered. So I called back and they went right back to the Drawing Board and found it even cheaper than I could.
It is a business so do your homework and you will find it is one of the best travel companies out there for Military.
If you really want ripped off, go to Pioneer. My mother passed away the day of my flight. The Airlines canceled my flight with a full refund to Pioneer. But however they would not cancel the loan. So I had 1 year to use it. The flight was 367 dollars. I paid back almost 800 dollars. So watch the fine print and just ask questions.
