I signed up one year ago for a promotion they offered - $9.95 for the first month. I checked my account two days later and they billed me $15. At that point, I notified my bank that the charges were fraudulent and cancelled my account.

One year later, I decided to give them a try and signed up for a 3-month promotion for $30. Two weeks after signing up, I get a notice in my account that I need to "UPGRADE". I'm wondering "upgrade" for what. I'm good for 3 months. Turns out they charged me $30 additional - charging me $14.99 twice in one day - and said that I now must "upgrade" from "free account" status since I have a $0 balance.
