Dear Agoda,
I have your loyal customer for many years but its very sad to say this hotel experiences or stay that i had in Singapore was totally unexplainable. I paid about RM 200.00thru AGODA for one night at Hotel C in Singapore.Like i said it was a very unpleasant. Please take note of my complaints :
1. THE WATER HEATER WAS NOT FUNCTIONING ( When i complaint and ask for change of room they said no more rooms left . Find but my argument here is the hotel management knows about the water heater issue because i saw a ' X " mark marked in blue marker pen at the water heater console and they still can give that room to guess to stay .
2. AIR CON WAS NOT FUNCTIONING WELL . ( Middle in the night about 3am i woke up because Air con stop functioning and i was sweating away the whole night.
3. BATHROOM DOOR NOT ABLE TO LOCK ( you are not able to lock the bathroom from inside because the lock was broken )
4. CABLE TV ( Agoda advertise there is cable TV but there was no such service from the said hotel and even i was not able to view local channels because the TV couldn't scan the channels) .
CLEANNESS ( The first thing i saw when i entered the room is a cockroach) .
I am totally upset with the hotel that i stayed because I feel that I got cheated . RM 190.00 ++ is also money .
I want Agoda to get back to me on this ASAP . TQ
