I had few times very bad experience at mcd utm skudai... today i get the poor service again so I decided to complains here.
First time: i order mcd happy meal but when reached home happy meal is without toy
Second time: i order mcd breakfast with coffee but reached home without any sugar and cream
Third time which is today: i order nuggets with honey mustard and cheese source and spinach pie....but when reached home my nugget is without source and my spinach pie become apple pie...i wish to check before leaving the Drive though counter but that mcd worker told that everything is inside so i decide to go without check...

I swear I will not go in this branch anymore for this louse poor drive through service

the food increase price, and the food quality is dropping. feel disappointed.

pd masa yg sama jgk saya mntak cheese bgr yg x dapat masa sya TA minggu sebelumnya..dah sampai rumah baru sedar xde bgr..mmh..cashier n pkerja kitchen pls double check..jgn kerap buat silap.Mintak thigh n wing bg breast n wing..sampai 3 kali cakap baru betul.

I am extremely disappointed with Mcdonald's services, complained to the hotline but no feed back. The person promised to call me back but i got nothing at the end for the last two days. Last Saturday, 16th August 2014 1350-1400, I placed order for Mc Chicken set at Leisure Mall McDonald.. The mc chicken ordered is raw. Initially I was expecting a formal apology but now, I am demanding refund for the burger.

I was visited your outlet @ Bandar Tun Hussien Onn on 26/07/14 at 12.15pm with my colleagues. We were Q-up @ an open counter which takes charge by a Malay Lady. Suddenly, she put the Counter Closed sign while we are waiting (she was attend a customer before our turn). Firstly, we thought she will attend us too; because we are the last customer Q-up @ the particular counter. Unfortunately, she walks away after taking order from the customer who Q-up in-front of us without any message to us or request us Q-up at others counter. I was tried to get she return back to counter. BUT, SHE WAS PRETENDED NOT SEEING US & RETURN BACK TO KITCHEN AGAIN AFTER SHE TALK TO AN INDIAN CASHIER @ OTHERS COUNTER!!! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE THAT YOUR COMPANY PROVIDED? After few minutes, the Malay Lady asked an Indian staff to attend us & told me that the counter WAS CLOSED!!! I’M Q-UP @ “COUNTERS OPEN” SIGN SHOWN WHILE I STEP IN MC’D!!! NOW YOUR STAFF TOLD ME - IT’S CLOSED!!! I WAS ANGRY & REQUEST HER TO CHECK THE CCTV ABOVE THE COUNTER WHICH RECORDED THE WHOLE INCIDENT!!! But, she didn’t & straight away she RE-OPENS the counter to accept my order. Am I look like a BEGGAR or someone who NOT Welcome by your company?!! Why I should shouting abuse in the street like a fishwife then only your staff attends me? (The above incident was fully recorded by your CCTV @ front line counter, you can check it to verify whether I’m making a fake or NOT) Your staff should be WELL TRAINED before attending customer @ front line counter!!!! But, this incident told me. THEY ARE NOT!!! I WAS FRUSTRATED & NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE!!! I NEED AN EXPLANATION!! Your may received a complaint @ your customer service mail box which submitted on 27/07/14, 1.00am. That’s my complaint!!! You may reach me with the contact no or email that I’m provided.

i take away 2 set Mcd breakfast chicken muffin with egg at MCD SS14 Selangor. but when i open the bag, the food inside is only Chicken muffin without egg, attach herewith the picture for evidence.

McDonalds
I was ordered a double prosperity but the burger inside was just a normal prosperity (that's mean prosperity gone for this whole year). Unfortunately it was a take away purchase, so i cannot drive the extra mile for just a piece of meat cake. But it was really annoying on the service quality they practising. People who buy this kind of burgers (double or triple) are those who really valuing and enjoying satisfaction but end up with disappointment. I'm not really angry with the extra charge but it would rather take away my prosperity expecially this happened in chinese new year.

24/11/2012. Staff at McDonalds Seksyen 14 PJ display an unfriendly face when produce coupon to collect Free Sausage McMuffin. The free McMuffin is of very poor quality with burnt smell. It cannot be eaten and have to be thrown away. Have taken some photos as proof. Waste of Time queing and waking up early.
