Paid and waiting over 3 months and counting. Back in March I ordered 1 bobblehead from 1mini me after purchasing 2 Groupons. After realizing how many extra charges and the extemely high shipping on my order I complained to Groupon and asked for a refund for my second groupon. Groupon ended up refunding me for both. Nice, or so I thought...

It took about 1 month for minime to first notify me for the first verification (after many emails asking for status). I then spent many frustrating weeks back and forth (messages with minimal character limits and slow response times) because the dolls looked NOTHING like the photos. They tried to charge me extra to allow me to make more comments, but I refused. Then, they got word that Groupon had refunded me and they decided to cancel my order entirely and keep my $122.20 that I paid directly to them. After weeks of emails from myself and Groupon, they offered to refund JUST MY SHIPPING COSTS and cancel my order or they would reinstate my order. I asked them to continue to make the bobblehead I paid for as I wanted it for my wedding and especially if they would not refund all of my money. It's again been weeks and I still have not been asked to verify the doll. There is no chance I will have this for my wedding now and I wonder If I will ever receive it.

1MiniMe (parent company Unitune Concepts) is a horrible company that seems to just try and scam people's money and not deliver the product they promise.
