We financed a 2010 Jeep Patriot on February 9,2019. On February 27,2019 it was in the shop for a passenger side windshield washer sprayer. 6-7 months later on August 16, 2019 the Jeep breaks down leaving us stranded on I-70. We had to cost downhill to the dealership to take it into the shop. They had it for a week no call or update, we call them the girl who answered said there was not a service ticket for the Jeep Patriot. Minutes later Jeff from the Service department calls back saying we needed a new transmission and it has not been delivered yet?? I ask for a loaner and Jeff said we normally don't do loaners but in this case ok. Each loaner also had the check engine light on, we Finally got the Jeep back August 28, 2019 for it to only break down on us again I had to take it back August 29, 2019 when they said the crankshaft sensor went out??? We got the Jeep out on August 29th only for it to break down again on August 31,2019 we took it back to the shop where we didn't hear anything they wanted us to make a payment though while it was blocked in at the shop. September 6,2019 we voluntarily surrendered the Jeep Nick Hatfield took our plates off of the Jeep and we felt like we were being held hostage. Now they want to hold us responsible for an over priced Jeep that we never even had the luxury to enjoy because it was a lemon. I wish I could turn back time and listen to everyone who told me not to go to JD Byrider. We are living a nightmare we need help.
