i have bought a car in June 2018 Renault kwid 2018 model , i took it to service in july after 2 day brake pads were not working , i took it back to service they took it in ,then give me courser y car to used , last Friday it was involved in a accident i report it , they took their car back ,in august they called me in saying they got brake pads but now they waiting for disc , to my surprise how can a disc be damage in one day ,they told me that renualdt have default in a car so i rather took it back . they told us if anything happened with coursery car i will pay access fees for R5000 and it was also involved in accident before i took it . NOW THEY SENDING a bill amount of R26000 TO pay before i get my car , they include light that was never broken , i only scratch a car not breaking lights ,i am paying for monthly installment for a car they are not sure when it will fix my new car

that qustion its a rip off


so now today i was told i have to pay atleast R10000 FOR ACCESS amount of R5000 AND damage of R5000 WHILE i know i have to pay access amount only as that courtesy car was insured when given to client .now i have to pay R10000 before i get my car and even today they don't have a parts
