I have a 2019 Kia Rio5 that is one of the models affected by the oil consumption defect lawsuit. The car has 161, 000km and may need a new engine. Kia is not helping me at all. Very bad customer service. They are telling me there was no recall on my engine and ignoring the fact that this model has been affected by the faulty engine. I have no words. I am very upset by their terrible customer service. Thanks Kia.
