$24,225.94.....BBVA/Compass Bank has continuously demand I pay a monthly note....I can not get anyone to answer the phone in Total Loss Dept.....everything is blamed on Covid -19...The Ins. Co and Co Part has requested important info from them....the wrong info or format, a letter of guarantee LOG, PDS, etc...I have GAP...there is a smart mouth guy there at the bank name Louis that need to be fired!! He think he can talk to you any kind of way...I am not the one! This AM I have been on the phone 28mins. waiting to speak with a live person....I have memorized the every 30 second recording!! I called back and was on hold 12 minutes, called back waited 9 minutes....so here I am with my complaint!!
