I purchased on line your tax software and a disk for copying the data on to. That was in january. I am still waiting for the disk. I have called four times. The first two times I was told I should have had the disk and after talking with a supervisor was told a new disk would be sent immediately and I would have it within 3-5 days.. 4 weeks later I am still waiting.. the last two times I called I was on hold 1 hour and then the phone line went dead -both times.. I assume the H&R block representative did not know how to connect the call and no contact was made. I had the call on speaker phone as it was a long wait and it was very annoying to find the call ended without any contact partivluarly after wasting my time for an hour. I will not call again.
I doubt if I will use H&R block again
