1. Successful emigration elsewhere. (Exception: my life must not be placed in great danger in this other country or in the path of death.)
2. Abandoning all efforts, goals, and desires at regaining my Romanian citizenship. Continue to cooperate with INS regarding the continuing and repeated (and in vain) requests for travel documents to Romania. New position: Entry into Romania will mean certain death,not merely inconvenient poverty. With poverty i have no quarrels.
IMMEDIATE SHORT-TERM STEPS TOWARDS THESE GOALS

Ask as many lawyers as possible about the particulars of entry into Canada (by any means.) See about Canada's detention policy. Ask Canadian authorities, citizens, friends, internet folk. Build resume to impress and hopefully gain entry legally. Write letters of inquiry (more then 50+); begin huge letter campaign; intelligence gathering; get,buy,borrow,acquire information regarding the above goals. Post spam (inquiries) on the internet, focus groups discussion forums etc. Leave U.S. as soon as soon as possible. Never mind building a small start-up fund of $5,000. Stop being finicky or particular.

MOTIVATING FACTORS

***Entry into Romania equals certain death.
***Remaining in the U.S. equals certain oppression, death sooner or later.
***I am a paper tiger here in the United States- ferocious on paper only
***Recent xenophobic political climate-post 9/11. Xenophobic new (and old) laws.
***I've been held in U.S imprisonment 21 years old to nearly 30 years old continuously for a childhood prank/conviction. This is excessive for a property crime not exceeding a few thousand dollars in damage, with no physical injuries to anyone at all.
*** I have 1st person, eye witness knowledge of the way things are regarding the whole prison, police, law, freedom, politics, the press, public opinion, etc, scene. I don't rely on propaganda or second hand information. I've seen people shot to death, bludgeoned to death, stabbed, killed with coy, clever bureaucracy, placed in harm's way, medical emergencies ignored so as to accomplish death. My naivete is totally evaporated. Tell it to the young uninitiated. i'm no longer fooled.

On or about February 2, 2015, I was in contact with Maritza Rodriguez, M.S.W. of the County of Riverside Department of Public Social Services regarding concerns of my daughter Khloe Alcala born April 15, 2015.
I have made various calls regarding the environment in which my daughter is being raised while in the care of her mother Desiree Ann
Alcala. The case worker assigned to the file has stated to me that I have made to many complaints and that I can be prosecuted for making false allegations against the mother which is untrue. On February 4, 2015, I had the opportunity to place a call to the supervisor of Ms. Rodriguez and discussed the issues herein but did not receive a courtesy return call.
I take offense to the statements made by Ms. Rodriguez, I am the birth parent of Khloe and take my role as her parent very seriously in that I am to do that which is necessary to ensure she is being raised in a healthy environment free of neglect and danger.
Regardless of my concerns, Ms. Rodriguez of the County of Riverside Child Protective Services office spoke to me harshly and disregarded my concerns as a parent. She further attempt to install fear in me with reference to the amount of complaints I have made against my daughters mother. Please investigate Maritza Rodriguez and her supervisor Maribell Partida CPS COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE.
