I have previously used and was impressed, However having recieved a large canvas at the cost of £40.00 which is damaged by the courier on the side,

I have been waiting and chasing so called Customer services for 3 weeks with no response, as its an xmas present time is very much of the essence so after this experience i would not use ever again sadly,

I have tried contacting then via the "live chat" but there was no reply and then it simply went offline. :(
