unwilling to work with customers during covid 19 panademic. I have been a customer for 5 years never late on a payment I called due to the current crisis in the world and there website said they had options to help customers... well that's not true. they would not give my any options I have severe asthma and am self employed and my husband has been in contact from his work with a positive employee so we are now under quantine at no fault of our on. they were more concerned about when I was going back to work, when was I getting umemployment and or our stimulus check well I think everyone would like to know the answers to these questions. he said to call car companys they were doing deferred payments for 120 days and electric companys were not cutting off power so they to check with them closer when payment was due to check on our situation. I was calling early enough to make sure arrangements could be made before my payment was due so it would not affect my credit. he would not answer when I asked if they reporting customers who were late during this crisis..i hope the government checks and see what companys worked with people during this, I have seen were so many car, mortgage, banks,insurance.companys etc....have helped and been so caring about there customers knowing this is no fault of there on and god bless them. this company is not willing to help or answer your questions. I have severe asthma I cant take the chance of my power being turned off as I have a breathing machine, medicine bills, insurance are things that are very important and that they don't care you have as long as they get there money.....I PRAY FOR EVERYONE AFFECTED BY THIS AND KNOW GOD WILL BLESS THE COMPANYS, AND PEOPLE WHO CARE AND HAVE HELPED OTHERS....I know this company will pay the price 1 day hopefully get what is deserved to them for they way they have treated customers during this CRISIS. if nothing else the good lord above is watching I would not recommend this company and hope the GOVERMENT GETS INVOLVED WHEN THIS OVER IF ENOUGH PEOPLE CONTACT THEM THEY WILL.... and once again god bless the good companys and people that have stepped up during this... ps they say they cant defer payments because there not a bank last I checked neither were car companys or insurance etc...… just another excuse not to help people
