My house burnt in December. So I found a house on a lot that belong to 21st.So I had a contract on it went to put my money down and The sold the house.well I thought it was the Mobile home dealer so I went elsewhere.Nope it was the bank. I found another home that was 21St had a signed contract money down and was waiting for the appraisal to be done.So keep I mind this is Jan I have made this deal.I keep calling to find out when it will be finalized they can't tell me.So it is now April.So I get an email saying they received the appraisal. I was set to close April 14th.I got a call April 14th from the dealer stay ng she received an email saying my house had been sold by the bank.AGAIN!!!!! NO ONE THERS KNOWS THERE ASS FROM A HOLE IN THE GROUND.Biggest crooks I've ever dealt with.Beware!!!!!!!
