I signed for my daughter to get this mobile home 16 yrs ago. I have taken it over the last 3 yrs. When she was here and would be 2 or 3 days late, 21st mortgage would burn my phone up.... Now that i'm here, not a month has gone by that they have not tried to get more money from me. Now they are saying, after I have had the same insurance for 3 yrs, that I don't have enough coverage and that I am going to have to start paying them $29 more a month. THIS IS RIDICULOUS....So far, they have called here harrassing me 9 times today, The last call, they pushed my wrong buttons, I told them to come get it, so I guess I will be homeless. I cannot believe these people can get by with the way they are doing people. This mobile home cost $29,000.00 in 1996, the payoff with 21st mortgage today is almost $22,000.00. UNBELIEVABLE. Everyone out there, think before you do business with this mortgage company. All they are out for is to rip you off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
