Bought voucher for spa services for a business- Juvinity- that has closed. Looked on the Loclly site to try to get a refund and there is no where ( despite the text saying there is a form on the left of the website page...there is nothing to fill out or no link to click to contact Loclly).
I have photos of a sign posted on the door of Juvinity saying "All appointments have been cancelled until further notice". I have phone records of daily calls I have made to Juvinity without one single return call. I need a refund and have no way to contact Loclly so will begin the process with my credit card company. When I tried to attach a photo here I was told it was too large.
Save your money...this is a scam.... KK
