To whom it may concern,
My name is Kieran Britten, I'm quite sure I have already made a complaint within the last month or two regarding the illegal action of money being taken from my account, I would like all the money taken from my account to be returned immediately and any unauthorized or unknown account/s to be cancelled immediately. Money with the amount of $44.27 was deducted from my account on 25/6/17 followed by and extra $22.13 taken on 13/6/17. All this amount is to be returned back to me, I have records indicating this illegal act and will not hesitate to bring in legal action or the press, if need be. I'm sure you know what's in both our best interests.
