I applied last May 2012 for a working visa in Australia. They told me that i can get a guaranteed job in 3-6 months. i told them before i apply i want to make sure that they are not scam. so they give me their work permit and SEC permit. because 100k is a big money. so what i did.. i called SEC to check and they said ICS Global Visas is not a scam.. I even told the girl who i talked to that i'm planning to apply for a working visa so, is it really okay to push through my application. and is it guaranteed that they are not scam. she said yes.. sooo.. after that, i email them that i will apply. then they reply right away, and ask for my cc no. i said i don;t wanna pay using my cc coz they might use it on whatever. i said i want to do a bank transfer so they gave me their bank details.. after paying, A new girl called me named GEORGIA GERALDIZO.. She said she's going to be my case manager.. she's calling me from time to time.. to update on my documents.. then after 2 weeeks, she emailed me that she's not going to be my Case manager anymore because she moved on other dept. then after that i received a text from her asking for a money.. and i was like.. WTH! i don't even know her personally why she would ask me to lend her money. after that my new case manager is FRANKLIN GUALIZA.. He beacame my manager for 2 weeks too.. and after that 2 weeks i received another email that he's also moved to other dept. after him, JESSA BACOLOD handled my case, and she was so STUPID.. it's like she didn't know what she was doing. she also send me a stripper job.. so what i did was.. i wrote on feedback and tell everything there about her. and KIRK MAURICIO CALLED me saying sorry for what Jessa did.. He said they're going to make sure to double check everything before they send me the links that i can apply. but after 3 days.. he called me again, saying that as they review my resume i am not qualified in Australia anymore because they changed their qualifications. and i asked him since when he said since JUNE. so.. it only means they already know since JUne that i'm not qualified anymore but they still make me go through until October. and i told him, don't you know that i started my application since May? how come i didn't get any updates about that. so i said i'm going to withdraw my acct. he said.. "sayang naman mam, nakasimula ka na po. If you want we can change your application to canada. we will double time for your application." so i said "sige, but i'm not gonna wait for 6 more months' so after that, my new case manager is THE DISRESPECTFUL LOUELLA JO UNABIA.. when i want her to call me to set an appointment, she will email me that she have so may clients that'swhy she can't call me right away. i was like.. don't get more clients if you can;t handle it.. and she even shouting me on phone. so after all those incidents i decided to withdraw and she said i can write on feedback why i wan to wothdraw. so i did that last october.. and until now.. she's not updating me on my refund..
