I was to receive a parcel from a military personnel. It was shipped via GMX courier International Limited. The address for this company is as follows:

The reason for this complaint is that I received a letter stating they had a package for me but since it was from the Military, I would have to pay 875 dollars, which I could make payments, to have this package delivered to me. I paid off the balance on June 17, 2016. I have as yet to receive my package. I was told to show proof the money was sent and my package would be on its way to me. I have no idea how this package will arrive. The person whom I have been communicating with is a Mr. Donald Bulkhead and the person picking up the money is a Mr. William McBreen.

If this is a scam, what would my next step be? Is there a way to get a refund of the money I sent? Pleas help me out with my questions and obtaining my money back.
