Eden Residancia Block C not Exit in site
It is stated that I have visited your location at 2nd Jan 2015 and we came to know that Residencia C Block is developed by another developer and not matching to your map. We met to site representative Mr. Imran Asif and he told us that it is not owned by Eden Residencia. On 6th Jan 2015, we met to Mr. Owais at your Marketing Office

1. He said, if you are interested to take your money back, we will offer your money in 30 installments in coming 5 years (A pure fraud business)
2. While introducing the housing scheme, it was said that the location would be on College Road. We had paid development charges in year 2010. However, it is also not true.
3. Your staff members want us to compensate our plot with the lands available in patches. It is not acceptable to us.
4. Even after 5 years, you still have not shown us approved LDA map. How is it possible that another party/ developer has occupied the land even if you have strong security and system there. This shows that you have sold the plot by false statements.
