After repeated complaints company has failed to fix the sauna that has three exposed nails that are about 1" each. Additionally, several planks are lose and hanging. Due to safety hazard, I decided to keep my shoes on as I have hurt my foot with these nails. Staff member walked into sauna and asked me to leave in front of 4-5 other members in the sauna. I told them the issue and that I will leave in five minutes but she did not want to listen. She brought another employee with her and continued to humiliate me and with the sauna door open. I repeatedly told them but they did not respect my privacy or accepted the fact that sauna is a hazard. After they left, I was there about five minutes and left. As I was outside, a male employee was walking my way and started the same stuff again. I told him and since I was already out, there was no reason for him to even talk to me at all. Their issue was resolved. He was very unprofessional and raised his voice and never wanted to listen to the 'customer'. I showed him the nails, he still did not take the responsibility and walked away. He was on a total power trip. He refused to give me his name and walked away.
I have never seen any of their employees' rush to look at the equipment being complained about but three of them were there to address my shoes as if I was a criminal. Employees working here are only trained to say hi and fold towels. 5-6 of them fold towels instead of taking rounds to see broken equipment, paper towel outage and soap dispensers broken all the time.
Staff is untrained, disrespectful and full of themselves.
