Me and my father travelled with emirates airline our seats were taken by other passengers. Even considering we had our boarding pass and air ticket. This is due to the lack of organisation. The food quality was poor and awful. The chicken was not cooked properly it was raw. The meals we chose were not avilable. The lamb dish was raw and was not cooked properly. I have attached a picture for your attention. We would like to be compensated for our experience. I hope this can get resolved ambicably without the need to take further action.
