A samsung galaxy s4 unlocked was almost stolen. I was told to send a paypal invoice to email address [email protected]. So, I did. Checked paypal and saw payment pending in my account. I was asked to over night the cell phone and so i did. I got suspicious. did some research and saw this. I have contacted every branch of authority I could possibly find. The address I was supposed to send it to was 1464 e. 195 street Euclid, ohio 44117. Shahidah Brown. I've called the police department in Euclid and received help from everyone there. I called USPS and cancelled the shipment. I've filed a report with the police. I've contacted the U.S Postal Inspection Service. I've contacted Paypal and ebay.
