Kasumpa sumpang araw ito para sa akin! dahil gusto ko kumain ng halo-halo at siomai napadaan ako ng SM MASINAG bago mag travel way to SLEX. sa sobrang tagal ng order kong halo-halo ay napag tuunan ko ng pansin ang tray na pinag lagyan ng siomai na naunang i serve sa akin..BULLHITTTT!! meron akong nakita sa gilid ng lagayan ng sauce na " DRIED NASAL MUCUS" or kulangot! sorry to say pero iyan talaga ang tawag sa tagalog! hindi kataka taka dahil mismong tray na pinaglalagyan ng food, tissue, spoon and pork at straw ay dun nila pinapatong sa NAPAKA DUMING TRAY!! bullshit! sa galit ko at muntik pako masuka sa nakita ko eh hindi ko na nagawang kainin pa ang siomai! LECHE!! kung makapag labas ng comercial ang CHOWKING ganun na lang ka sosyal! pero sa totoohan NAKAKADIRI!!! MARUMIII!!!

Im here at chowking san juaquin pasig...im so dissapointed because they run out of soy sauce and they are pointing fingers whos going to fill it out and it takes 5 minutes to replenish after 3 times follow up. I ask for a manager to raise my concern but he refused yo confront me instead he send another staff. Im dissapointed to you mr. Kevin and staff jane. I hope you improve your service.

Last January 10, 2015, my daughter and I ate breakfast at Chowking Marikina heights. pag inom ko ng Sarsi, nakita ko ang dami maliliit na ipis or kung ano man insecto na yun. madami, over a dozen, I think. Yun manager was very rude ni ayaw ipakita ang sanitary permit. ayaw din sabihin name nya, pero in the end, ang pinakausap saken boss nya na si Alvin Pablo na ang nag promise to get in touch with me pero ni text message wala. this needs compensation as it threatened my life.

I ordered a LOMI and look what they gave me It's a LOMI- COLD MASH SALTY LOMI.. This is a total disaster

I ordered pork siomai chao pan and regular siopao asado for a take out on December 23, 2013 at chowking located at second floor at sm north edsa. When i went home i found lacking item on my order particularly siomai. When i called up chowking hotline (tel. No 98888), they informed us that they are not the one in-charge to handle complaints. instead, they gave me another hotline numbers (8987777) which to my dismay no one is answering. To make story short, i got the number of chowking sm north edsa. I talked to the supervisor Mr. Alfie Española at around 10:45 pm and ask me for an apology and promise to deliver the lacking item within 20mins but up to the moment of this writing or almost an hour of waiting the delivery has not yet to come. Service of chowking is very poor, this not the only hassle that i have experienced with chowking. Management should revisit the operational policies of their branches to give customers utmost satisfaction
