360training.com should be taken down from the NY Dept. of Financial Service website as an approved course. The course content itself is not bad, and I have no complaints, however I found a few quiz questions that were blatantly incorrect, and I had my wife double check to make sure I was reading correctly.

The worst part was when finally getting access to take my final exam. In New York, you need an approved Proctor from the state. So I went to the https://myportal.dfs.ny.gov/web/guest-applications/monitor-search and found a valid person.
I scheduled an appointment and paid them.
I went in, and they used their proctor number, which did not work. We double checked to make sure that it was the correct one and valid. Which it was, it actually didn't expire for about 1 year. Ultimately the course locked me out, and I had to wait the whole weekend for it to be unlocked.
I RETURNED to the school to have my test proctored the following Monday, and again, the system would not accept her Proctor number. I called another school, and they provided their proctor number, and the system DID NOT take that one either.

... customer service is from another country, and as of now, I will take my State-Administered exam before the pre-requisite course due to the HORRIBLE systems that 360training.com offers.
