I ordered a book with a CD in it. The mailman mangled the book and smashed the CD to make it fit in my box. I called customer service, told them my story, and asked to never have packages delivered to my home. I said I have another package coming and I will pick it up at the nearby post office. I was assured she was "taking a note" and it will get to the postal worker.

Got another package a week later. The book was mangled. Another busted CD.

Extremely disappointed that two different employees of Canada post don't care about my property at all.
