Robocall Scam, Telemarketing scam, offshore fraud operation, mail fraud, tax evasion. federal fraud.



We still continue our investigation on Mary Garcia Alexa, we have been reviewing the FTC lawsuits and we came accross an associate, Hispanic Global Way, Rafael Martin Hernandez. this partner in crime was shut down by the FTC and all his assets frozen due to a megamarketing TV fraud, they were selling a worthless weight loss device called moulding motion in national TV, Mary Garcia and Jairo Garcia were partners with Rafael Hernandez at that time, fortunately for Jairo and Mary the FTC could not find any conection whatsoever, but we did it, keep reading.



Our investigation shows that they were partners with Rafael Hernandez, upon calling several companies like FED EX, UPS amongst others we find out that they had thousands of dollars frozen from COD, money orders when the FTC found out about the scam. They even have joint accounts, all the stolen moneis were transfered to offshore accounts in Peru, Venezuela and maybe Panama and Costa Rica.



Here you can see several posts showing these scammers used robocalls they also threat people into keeping the worthless products or they will face from criminal to inmigration charges, they will also use extorsion to force the clients to keep the worthless products. The refund policy was a joke for these thieves. Once you are registered on their database the calls wont stop until you buy the product or they will scare you with criminal charges, state attorney, homeland security or even call your relatives with lies or even death threats.

Canal 23 Univision dedicated a whole program to these scammers, just like Mary Garcia and HGW Datacenter or Hispanic Global Way AKA Rafael Hernandez had their minute of fame on the biggest hispanics television networks in the USA..

Below you can see the comercial HGWDatacenter use on You tube to hire people as a Hispanic Global Way with phone numbers in Maracaibo 0261 743 5710, 0261 743 1966, this hiring ad clearly shows that RAFAEL MARTIN HERNANDEZ and MARY ALEXA GARCIA were partners until the FTC shut Rafael Hernandez down.

All the rooms were offshore to avoid being prosecuted, they only managed the money in the Unites states that later was transfered to venezuela and Peru. A clear case of TAX evasion.

Es una estafa, en Peru cerraron un edificio sin pagarle a la gente. Estafar a los clientes no es venta. Cuidado no se dejen mentir, ya Estados unidos esta detraz de estos falsos , callo Peru ahora solo falta Maracaibo y toda la red de estafadores estara capturada.

We heard that Rafael Hernadez is back with a smaller opertion somewhere in Peru, a boiler room with robocalls.

Our Investigation concludes that MARY ALEXA GARCIA and Rafael Hernandez were partners in crime, we hope the proper authorites takes matters into their own hands and shut down this offshore fraud operation for good.
