Money gone but no top up

I have been having problems with online top up so was told Lebara don't support top up on mac or iPhone , so inuse a normal explorer as per advise by them, transaction went through shows even in my bank statement money had gone out but no credit appeared on my phone so called the customer services and they have no idea transaction and can not bee seen and in my bank statement it clearly says money taken by my Lebara .... So shambles network now have to make calls over calls to get my money back ...Lebara number is 07443 159217i have attached the statement below to support my comments
