I have purchased Canon PIXXIMA MP 287 Printer through M/s Kasturi Mega Ventures Pvt. Ltd Franchises of star CJ Network Pvt. Ltd having invoice number 201308161293 on dated 16/08/2013. My machine number is LSBV 18652. I have installed printer myself. There is no engineer has visit to install the printer. Moreover in the bill free gift item code 132630 colour blue New Jersy Polo watch –Blue AID is mentioned but I have received the gift different from colours etc . During the star CJ advertisement they says that we are providing free cartridge one black +one colours along with this printers absolutely free. But I have not received extra cartridge with printer. It means there are committing wrong commitment with the customer and make the customer fool .
It is submitted that my printer is not working properly. There is a leakage in the cartridge system. I have approached customer care and lodged my complaint on dated 18/01/2014. My complaint number is 849581.The engineer Sh. Nagaeshwar dutt visit my house to rectify the problem on 19/01/2014 at 9:10AM. He saw my printer and says that cartridge is empty. I have told him that I have used only few papers printed with this printer. He told my without any checking without using any software to check the quality & quantity of the printer. Then he is making excuse that software will check everything but software tool is not with me for this printer MP287 and you have to purchase new cartridge but in spite of this from the very beginning its printing is not proper.
Therefore you are requested to you to rectify/change or supply me the new one cartridge my problem as soon as possible because I have paid a sufficient amount to purchase this and for what purpose I have bought it, not fulfilled yet . I have totally disturbed mentally regarding this issue.
