Same story here. 1 week after putting down the floor we started seeing spots of bubbling on the seams. It progressively has gotten worse. After many contacts with Lowes and Shaw...they sent an investigator out to examine the floor. They determined because one spot was "probably due to cat pee" that the other 75 spots were the same. I have spots from my son sneezing on the floor to a drop of contact solution hitting the floor. It does not matter whether it was cat pee, water, vomit, etc...the floor should not do this after a few seconds of liquid contact. We have Pergo all throughout our home that has been down for 6-10 years with NO damage and has sustained the same treatment. In my computer room, we had a pipe burst and gallons of water hit the floor. Two hours later of cleaning it up, NO DAMAGE to the floor. Yet, my son cannot sneeze on the Shaw floor. The sad part is, after 8 months of complaining to Lowes and Shaw, they are still SELLING THIS PRODUCT. Granted, Lowes is sympathetic and is trying to help us with installing a new floor, but this does not help pay for the cost of us laying down this very defective floor. The sad part is now I cannot even clean the floor because every time I do with a small spritz of Bonar and a dry mop, it bubbles. This was the way LOWES told me to clean the floor. Shaw tried hard to hit me with either cleaning wrong and a moisture problem in my home. Once they saw I had cat, they got me!!! I am seeking legal help now and have filed a complaint with the BBB. Why are they still selling this floor after all these problems. I feel sorry for the next victim
