Poor service

I order 3 items and recieve my items only 3 weeks after and only receive 2pc of the item no updates about why my 3rd pc is not send to me i have to send a dispute and the seller did not reply any..i have bad experience with the seller they did not send complete order no update about items not in stock and did not refund customer amount...after several time i try to get in touch with this site owner finally a reply from sales person below:

Thanks for your inquiry of 7e-fashion China Co. Ltd www.7e-fashion.com. I am sales jacky.Sorry, you order 1pcs out of stock, and You can select refund that balance with shipping cost or keep here for next time use all are okay.And other 2pcs can you tell us the item number or give the photo to us.thanks your understanding.thanks

paypal advise me to go to police station to file a report and second i was instruct to post back the other 2pc of undescribe item and pay the shipping fees myself..worst scenario the items not successfully deliver and seller refuse to claim the parcel and reply tp paypal or me...

this is the worst experience i have in my whole life.

Poor service

Could the same thing be happening to me? I ordered 4pc from them a week ago the transaction went through but there's been no update if its been shipped out.

it could possibly happen to you. You better contact them if you waited for over a week now. Its your rights to know the status of your order, and its their obligation to inform you. Sometimes if you order 5 pcs from them, they usually send you incomplete order, and they will just tell you that they were sorry that the other dresses were "sold out or out of stock". the thing is they wont tell you before they send you ur order, you will find out right after you received the package and ask them about the incomplete products they sent you. And they will not refund the money. they will just tell you that they will keep it for your next order. look on this site http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/7e-fasion-c467549.html
she have also bad experience from them. Good luck with your order i hope you wont be included as their victims.
If you doubt my story you can send me your email address and i can send you the whole back & forth conversation with them and all necessary documents i keep them as my proof.
