Respected Sir,
I submitted an application for new gas connection alongwith relevant documents vide Customer ID No.D-316 on 20-09-2006 eight years ago but no response has received till now. I went to Sui Gas Office Islamabad again and again, the staff/officers not co-operating in this respect. Merit list is not being observed. Without merit meters are being installed in my area. I am really embarrassing since eight years. kindly take necessary action against this nagligency.

Dear Sir,

I have to submit a application for new conectin dated 06-05-2011 Applicatin No;7861261940. Sir I am living Basirpur Moahhal Younis shah but due to your computer operator my home address was falss save in your system computer and several times went to the office of gas department which is situated on Depalpur distt okara for solve this problec but there was nobody to hear my problem. Now we are fully disappointed. Respected Sir, Plz took the notice to our complaint. Sir, we are too much sad on every day due to non availability of gas even on every special day.

It is therefore requested to look into the matter personally and take necessary action for issue of my address problem.

I have the honour to submit that I have applied for Domestic gas connection vide application No. 122 Dated 28-05-2011 But not yet issued demand note.
I approached the local office Jauharabad to know the reason of delay.
I come to know that my application is manual while computerized application are being entertained to contact your office.
I sent application to General Manager Lahore but not yet received any answer.
Kindly direct the concerned official to issue demand note.

I Submitted The Application For Domestic Connection In 2007 We Received The Demand Notice 2009 Due To Some Financial Problems Unfortunately I Was Not Able To Deposit The Fee. I Belong To Lower Class Family. After Some Period Of Time I Saved Some Money For This Purpose And Go To The SNGPL Office Chakwal In 2011 After That A Survey Team Visited The Site And Till Now I Am Waiting For Demand Notice. Several Times I Contact The Chakwal Office And Also The Concerning Parsons But It Vain.
Dear Sir, My Financial Position Is Not Good So I Cannot Visit The Offices So Please Order To Install My Sui Gas Connection Immediately Thank You Very Much
